Trek will start flying to Lukla (2827me ters) with spectacular views of the khumbu himalaya and ascend through the Dudh Koshi valley to the Sherpa settlement of Namche Bazaar (3440meters) walking through the lovely forest and traditional Sherpa villages to the world renowned and sacred monastery of Thyangboche (3867meteres) is rewarded with the views of Everest soaring behind Nuptse, Lhotse , Ama-Dablam (Ama Dablam ( the 'Matterhorn of the Khumbu'), Kangtega and Tawache peaks. During the trek decend to Lukla culturally rich Sherpa village of Khumjung exhibits the Sherpa life style.
This trek is ideal for those with less time who never the less want a view of Everest. It provides a good insight into Sherpa culture, lifestyles without the struggle of high altitude trekking. Our destination is the village of Tengboche with its famous monastery where we have time to soak up the atmosphere along with some tremendous views of the very beautiful mountain Ama Dablam. Then return to Lukla and a flight back to Kathmandu. Itinerary can be extend according to your interest. |

Flight from Kathmandu (1,310m) - Lukla (2,840m). 4 hrs trek to Phakding ( B, L, D, A) |

Rest day at Namche for acclimatization. Lodge. ( B, L, D, A) |
Day 06: |
Trek Namche to Thame (3,800m) (2hrs).
Moderately easy and beautiful walk to the surrounding villages. Overnight stay in lodge. ( B, L, D, A) |
Day 07: |
Trek Thame to Khunde (3,840m) (2 hrs).
Morning visit to Thame Monastery, Overnight stay in lodge ( B, L, D, A) |
Day 08: |
Trek Khunde to Khumjung (3,780m) (2 hrs). Lodge. ( B, L, D, A)
