Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu valley
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuwan International Airport, we will receive you with private vehicle and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu within delicious breakfast plan. Our representative will give you information about Nepal Muslim Tour programs. However if you have time in the afternoon, than little excursion to visit Jame Mosque and Kashmiri Mosque.Day 2 Experience the world heritage monuments in Kathmandu ! 7 hours
Your professional tour guide will come to pick you up at your hotel around 9 AM than we began to visit heritage sites of Kathmandu town. Discover the UNESCO World Heritages sites of Kathmandu valley. Explore the temples of Kathmandu’s Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa (known as Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa (The tallest stupa of Nepal), and Pashupatinath Temple (Hindu’s most holy temple) to learn about the Buddhist and Hindu traditions of Nepal. Hear about the history and craftsmanship of the temples & recovery from the 2015 earthquake. Includes private guide and vehicle, entrance fees, and hotel pickup and drop-off. Return to hotel.Day 3Early morning, drive to Nagarkot (33 kms) hill station, 1.5 hrs
Very early morning, drive to Nagarkot hill station to get sunrise view over the Himalayan horizon. Hill station Nagarkot offers sweeping views of the Himalayas in 120 deg angle. Five of the world’s ten highest mountain / peaks can be seen from here and they are Mt.Everest, Mt.Lhotse, Mt.Cho oyu, Mt.Makalu and Mt.Manaslu are visible from here. Nagarkot is such a popular spot to watch sunrise and sunset. Than take a breakfast in Nagarkot and start hike to Changu Narayan Temple.Changunarayan Temple (World Heritage Site)
Situated on a ridge overlooking the Kathmandu valley, about 12 km to the east of the city. It is dedicated to the Hindu God Vishnu. It is one of the finest and oldest specimens of pagoda architecture built in 323 AD by King Haridutta Verma. The temple is richly decorated with sculptures and carvings, and its position above the Kathmandu valley affords a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Than we proceed to drive further down hill to Bhaktapur kings palace.Bhaktapur Durbar Square (Bhadgaon)
During our Bhaktapur city tour, we visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square where you can experience the collection of pagoda style temples and shikhara style temples grouped around a 55-window palace of brick and wood. In Bhaktapur Durbar Square (Bhaktapur kings palace) there are several things to see such as Peacock window, Dattratraya square (huge temple of three main Hindu lords, Brahma, Bhshunu and Maheshwor is considered the most ancient of all the temples in Bhaktapur), Nyatapol square, Lion Gate, the Golden Gate and Golden gate, the 55-window palace, National Art galleries, the statue of King Bhupatindra Malla…etc. Return transfer back to Kathmandu for stay overnight at a hotel.Day 4Drive (7 hours) or fly (25 minute) to Pokhara (210 kms)
After breakfast we drive to Pokhara via Kathmandu. The drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara follows the upstream of Trishuli River offering greenery, farms and beautiful mountain scenery taking about seven hours. Pokhara is the center of adventure in Nepal. The Pokhara valley provides an outstanding Mountain view such as mount Dhaulagiri, mount Manaslu, mount Machhapuchhare including several other snow capped mountains. More over, a lovely Fewa lake and mountains enhance the beauty of the valley. After arriving Pokhara, we to the Fewa lake port and walk little bit to watch about its beauty. Walk back to Hotel for stay overnight.Day 5Sarangkot Hill station sunrise ! Pokhara city day tour with guide. 7 hours
At very early morning, we drive about 1 hour to get Sarangkot hill station for sunrise. During our drive, we drive passes over the ridges above Pokhara town with never hiding views of Annapurna Himalayan ranges.
From Sarangkot ridge, you can view a panoramic sweep of Himalayan peaks, from Dhaulagiri (8,167m) in the west to the perfect pyramid of Machhapuchhare (6,997m), the tent-like peak of Annapurna II (7,937m) to Lamjung (6,983m) in the east including Annapurna and Manaslu family. Most people come here at dawn or dusk, when the sun picks out the peaks, transforming them from a purple-pink to a celestial gold. After sunrise, we drive back to hotel, picked our delicious breakfast and conduct our Pokhara city day tour.
Pokhara city day tour with guide covers Davis fall, Gupteshwor cave, Tibetan refugee camp, Bindabasani Temple and Seti George. At first, we drive towards to get Devi’s fall spot which is a beautiful waterfall named after a Swiss who was swept away by the flood while bathing in the waterfall. Gupteshwor cave is an amazing 100 m long cave divided in 2 parts. At the end of 1st 50m you can see a self created statue of lord Shiva and at the end of the cave you can see the Davis fall / water fall coming down from the other side. Tibetan refugee camp is the place where the Tibetan refugees were given sheltered after they were exiled from Tibet in the decade of 1950’s. There you can see the lifestyle and different occupation followed by the refugees.
Likewise, Bindabasani Temple is small but old temple situated at the heart of the old market in Pokhara town. The temple is very famous for the marriages that take place in huge numbers there. Furthermore, we visit Seti river George which has carved a deep, narrow chasm through the middle of town, turning the water milky white in the process. Later on, Tal Barahi Temple is located at the middle of Phewa Lake, we visit there with boat drive and return to hotel for delicious Nepali style dinner. Stay overnight at hotel.Day 6Drive back to Kathmandu. Final departure to airport !
Early morning flight or drive out to Kathmandu city. Than we drop you into Kathmandu International Airport for your onward your final destination fligths. Wish you your wonderful journey!!!
