Day 1 Arrived at Kathmandu valley
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuwan International Airport, we will receive you with private vehicle and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu within B/B plan. Our representative will give you information about further programs.
Day 2 Drive from Kathmandu to Galeshwor (1,170m / 3,826 ft), 9 hours.
After breakfast, we drive from Kathmandu to Beni and to Galeshwor Bazaar which is roughly about 285 kilometer west from Kathmandu and takes roughly 9 hours drive. Galeshwor has its identity as a religious and cultural destination. Many pilgrims come to worship at Galeshwor Mahadev with great devotion. Stay overnight at guest house.
Day 3 Trek from Galeshwor Mandir to Banskharka (1,526m / 4,990 ft), 6 hours.
Our journey began crossing the Kali Gandaki River suspension bridge. We keep on continuing our trek passing through beautiful landscape and typical Nepalese houses in the west region. We arrive at Bansi kharka, mostly a Magar cast inhabitants. The village is famous for orange farming. Overnight at home stay.
Day 4 Trek from Banskharka to Nagi (2,321m / 7,590 ft), 5 hours.
Today, we start out trek towards Nagi village which is known as “Internet Village”. This is the old and unique cultural community inhabitant by Magar. Mahabir Pun, achieved Ramon Magsaysay Award Winner stalled Wireless Internet service, so he is a main attraction of this village. From Nagi village, you can see an excellent view of Mt.Dhaulagiri, Mt.Annapurna South, Mt.Nilgiri, Mt.Tukuche and Dhampus Pass. Locals prepare delicious organic food and export handmade paper. At the evening, mother community performs a special typical dance. Overnight at community lodge.
Day 5Trek from Nagi village to Mohare danda (3,320m / 10,856 ft), 5 hours
We walk through the dense forests of Pine and rhododendrons with having brilliant mountain scenery. Mohare Danda is the best view point to observe for sun set and sun rise. In a clear weather, you can get around twenty eight mountains view from Annapurna and Gauri Shankar range. The community has operated a cross breeding project of yaks to generate income to finance their daily activities. Overnight at community lodge.
Day 6 Trek from Mohare Danda to Pyari Bahurani Tal (2,667m / 8,721 ft), 6 hours.
The trail goes further through the beautiful rhododendron jungle which offers also stunning beauty of mount Dhaulagiri, Gurja Peak, Tukuche Peak and Chuchura Peak. Overnight at community lodge.
Day 7Trek from Pyari Bahurani Tal to Tikot (2,250 m / 7,358 ft), 6 hours.
We ascend towards Tikot village which is an inhabitants of Pun Magars. the village Tikot offers the great view of Dhaulagiri mountain. Overnight at community lodge.
Day 8Trek from Tikot to Khibang (2,060 m / 6,336 ft), 6 hours.
We descend through the rhododendron forest and arrive at Khibang. Khibang is the beautiful village of about eight hundreds Pun Magars inhabitants. They produce 100% organic farm products located in Annapurna conservation area. The place offers you a wide knowledge about their culture and tradition. Overnight at community lodge.
Day 9 Trek from Khibang to Swanta (2,270m / 7,423 ft), 5 hours
We descend down through Magar village and after crossing small stream, we gradually ascend to the beautiful Swanta village where fifty four houses are existing. Overnight at community lodge.
Day 10 Trek from Swanta to Khopra danda (3,660m /11,968 ft), 6 hours
For the first part up to danda kharka we climb steep through the fertile land. After wards, we walk through the dense forest up to Khopra danda. Khopra is also the popular view point to explore the whole Annapurna massive. It also offers the great view of Andha gorge (The world’s deepest kali gandaki river gorge) located at Dana village. Khopra valey is the gateway to Barahi Tal, situated at an altitude of 4,600 meter. The place is worth visited in the time of ritual thread ceremony festival. Stay overnight at guest house.
Day 11Trek from Khopra to Narchyang (1,510 m / 4,938 ft), 6 hours.
We descend down through the pasture land rich with vegetation. The houses made of stones and plaster with mud are attached each other. Roughly 2700 Magar people are mainly living in this village. Stay overnight at home stay.
Day 12Trek from Narchyang to Ghorepani (2,870m /9,385 ft), 7 hrs.
We ascend from Narchyang village to upper Ghorepani village. During the journey, you can pass through several tiny villages such as Chitre and Shikha. The trail offers an awesome landscape with beautiful forest and waterfalls. We finally arrive at Ghorepani for sunset view. Stay overnight at lodge.
Day 13Hike to Poon Hill (3,220m / 10,530 ft). Trek to Nayapool. Drive out, 8 hours
Today very early in the morning, we hike together to Poon Hill (3,232m.) to enjoy the sunrise view over Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m.), Tukuche Peak (6,920m.), Nilgiri (6,940m.), Varaha Shikhar (7,847m.), Mt. Annapurna I (8,091m.), Annapurna South (7,219m.), Annapurna III (7,855m.), Machhapuchhare (6,993m.), Annapurna IV (7,525m.), Annapurna II (7,937m.), Lamjung Himal (6,931m.) and other numerous snow capped mountains in the morning then hike to Ghorepani, have a hot breakfast at Lodge and trek descend down hill walk to Nayapool. Than we drive out to Pokhara Fewa lake side by private taxi / car. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14Drive to Kathmandu city
Morning we’ll drive back through the scenic countryside and during the route will stop for breakfast & lunch. It takes 7 hours back to Kathmandu. On arrival at Kathmandu guide will transfer to the hotel and rest of the day relax or explore the surrounding areas and overnight at hotel.
Day 15Final departure day
Drop you at Kathmandu International Airport onward your final destination and our trip ends. Wish you your wonderful journey.
