Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuwan International Airport, we will receive you with private vehicle and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu within BB plan. Our representative will give you information about further programs.
All aspects of gear and conditions are discussed to make sure you’re fully prepared for the trip, and any last minute questions answered. We explore this medieval capital. Early morning drive to Besisahsar/Bhulbhule through Prithvi High way from Besisahar or Bhulbhule teak a local jeep to Syange the drive is with the view of River, greenery local villages and beautiful mountain scenery, from Syange trekking to Jagat overnight in guesthouse, if the drive is late we can stay in Syange waterfall also.
After breakfast start the working through the jungle after we left Chamje from chamje the trail goes through the bank of Marshyangdi river mostly climbing before arriving in Tal. We enter Manang district trail continues through barley, rice, potato fields and pine forests past the village of Kodo taking us to Dharapani, which is one of the big villages in the Manang valley. Overnight in Dharapani village.
The trail goes through in and fir forest and then follows the river for a time among the higher oak and maple trees. On the way you will have an excellent views of some snow covered mountains. Overnight in Koto.
We walk through a steep and constrictive path through the dense forest, after crossing the river the trek leads to Nar phu valley with passing the beautiful pine forest with wide waterfall before arrive the Dharmasala, we will get to see several small shelters (caves and a pilgrims “Dharmasala”. Overnight stay at Dharmasala.
The trail climb up the valley along the small river before arriving Meta (3700m), a non permanent winter settlement of Nar, the trail passes through white rocks, low shrubs, junipers, scattered evergreen. We can have best Mountain View on the way, after passing the Junam we will arrive Chako formally a Khampa settlement. Overnight at Kayang.
Walk down hill along the river bank and past the submarine rock with small campsites, than we have best view of chortens with the canyon lands and gorges takes us to the Phu gate from where we can see the three village of Phu where we stay overnight.
Again walking up and then coming back down is better than just resting in high altitude, we can walk up to alley to the summer grazing settlement at Ngoru, can spend the time interact with local people visit Gompa. Stay overnight at phu village.
Today we will trekking back to Phu gate Khyang, Chyarkha and Jhunam to reach to Nar. During your journey, we’ll get to see some beautiful gorges and some breathtaking scenery also. We will pass wonderfully painted, bamboo topped Chortens and arrive Nar gates on the top of the hill. Stay overnight at Nar village.
Today is an easy day trekking, so we can explore more Nar village in the morning and can proceed our journey to Kangla phedi after lunch, the trail goes through the grazing field with a small stream on the left. The mountains were on both sides of the stream. On the left breathtaking view of Pisang peak, an overnight night at the campsite of Kangla phedi.
We start early morning today for the Spectacular Kang la pass which provides the magnificent view of Pisang peak, Annapurna II, Gangapurna, Tilicho peak, and the airport at Hongde, after crossing the Kang La Pass we will head to Ngwal, a wonderful old village of cobbled streets, prayer wheels and beautiful architecture.
We walk thought flat valley along the bank of Marshyandi River. On the way we could pass pine forest, farming terrace and beautiful village to get Braga village. During the route we can visit Braga monasteries, the view of Annapurna range and Tilicho peak are even more closer. Overnight in Manang.
Not a rest day today. We recommend you to spend doing some fine walks and over viewing the magnificent views around the villages, hike to Gangapurna hill station for best view, Gangapurna glacier lake excursion and you can hike to gomba located above manang. Overnight at Guest house.
Trek leads through cultivated land of Tanki Manang. We make the climb steadily through Tenki Manang, leaving the Marsyandi Valley. The trail makes an ascent of nearly 500 meters to the Yak Kharka. Continuing along the Jarsang Khola Valley, we reach Yak Kharka at 4000 m, there we see the many yaks and vegetation steadily more sparse. After ascending for two hours the trail descends to cross the river at 4310m, then we climb up to Thorong Phedi at 4450m /14,552 ft. There are good guest houses and offers very good foods, Bakery as well as Internet and telephones are also available here. Overnight at Guest house.
We begins our challenging trip from very early in the morning holding a headlight. At sunrise, as we need to set out early to complete the crossing of the Thorong La at 5416 m. The trail is steep right from the start, but with a slow and steady pace, we should reach the summit within three hours.
Getting summit, put the prayer flags if you have taken otherwise just after photographs, continue descent downhill to Muktinath. It is a very long day walking but the views of border Himalayas and Dhaulagiri family are simply outstanding. Muktinath is a large settlement with several guest houses with latest amenities like hot shower and wifi. You will have a very delicious meal which allows for a quick recovery of your tiredness excursion. Overnight at Guest house.
In the morning, you can visit the Muktinath temple which is an important pilgrimage destination for Hindu and Buddhist. Here you come across Natural flaming which really exhilarates you. You can enjoy a holy bath of 108 Taps. From Muktinath temple garden, you can see an excellent view of Dhaulagiri (8,167 meters), Nilgiri (7,061 meters) and others. Descend down to a hotel for breakfast than retrace your steps to Jomsom where you can stay overnight. In the evening you celebrate the completion of your trek with the trekking crew.
Get the early flight takes about only 25 minutes to reach Pokhara. The flights are available during the morning time. The strong breeze blows during and after and frequent change of the weather prevents the flight being landed and taken off in the afternoon. During the flights in the morning, the sky looks very clear which makes you able to enjoy the best view of Annapurna Himalaya. Then taking a microbus back to Kathmandu city.

Answer: Actually not ! but it is suitable for keen trekkers/walkers who are able to walk around 4 or 5 hours in a day, with a lightweight daypack. For this trekking, if you have about the little experience would be better.Question: What kind of accommodation can I expect on Nar and Phu with Annapurna circuit trekking?
Answer: We provide you tourist standard accommodation in Kathmandu and during the trekking routes. the rooms along the routes are clean with a cozy bed with nice mattress and blankets. However we recommend you to take your own sleeping bags if you have one with you otherwise, you may rent it while you are in Kathmandu.Question: What kind of food can I expect in Nar Phu Valley Trek?
Answer: Every lodge, they have attached restaurant and they cook a delicious range of mostly vegetarian such as Pasta, tuna bakes, noodles, potatoes, eggs, dhal bhat, bread, soups, fresh vegetables (variety depends on the season)
The dinner and breakfast are provided in the same lodge you spend the night every day and Lunch will be provided on the way to the next place where you are going.
Answer: Most of the lodges they have a shower which you can get it somewhere paying and somewhere without paying. Moreover, if you are in camping trekking – we provide you hot water bucket then you will take a bucket shower.Question: How do I get drinking water on Nar and Phu with AC Trekking?
Answer: Most of all places hotel and shops where you can able to buy mineral water and you can buy it for drinking but however we advise against buying mineral water in plastic bottles, as currently there are no provisions for disposing of these. Instead, we provide you boiled water or bringing chlorine tablets to purify the normal water as the normal water is available in campsite/along the way.Question: Can I charge my digital camera or other batteries on my trip?
Answer: During the lodge trekking there will be more chances to charge the battery. We recommend you bring an extra pair for in case. Remember to bring your adapters! An extra battery will be recommended.Question: Is there any communication facilities on Nar and Phu combine with thorong la pass trekking?
Answer: In this trekking route you can get telephone services as well as internet services.Question: Can I use credit cards in Trekking?
Answer: No! So, for the trekking routes, you need to have cash Nepali rupees because credit cards work only in the bigger city areas.Question: When should I book my trip and what is the payments terms?
Answer: Because our trips book up months in advance, we recommend booking early to avoid any kind of misunderstanding. We will, of course, make every effort to accommodate last minute bookings.

Answer: When walking in the mountains, the distance you cover each day can vary greatly due to a gradient, terrain, and altitude. As such it is very hard to give specific distances on each day, however, you have to be prepared to walk roughly about 5 hours each day.Question: Do I need walking polls ?
Answer: Walking pools are recommended but not compulsory.Question: How much additional money do I need per day?
Answer: You can allocate US$ 08 – 10 for a lunch/dinner in Kathmandu and it depends on your spending habits. US$ 7 to 10 US$ each day will be enough to buy bottles of water, chocolates, tea coffee and some drinks while you are on trek.
