It is a classical trek itinerary to discover the scenic Himalayan view from both hill station. The particular route is designed for world travelers who wish to walk around Thamel Kathmandu within a more relaxed manner than take a look at this itinerary.Day 1 Arrived at Kathmandu valley. Transfer to hotel
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuwan International Airport, we will receive you with private vehicle and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu within breakfast plan. Our representative will give you brief information about your trip.
In the morning after breakfast, we start our day trip visiting world heritage sites located in Kathmandu city which includes Boudhanath stupa (also known as the oldest stupa of Nepal), Pashupatinath temple (holy temple of Hindu where cremation takes place by the holy river Bagmati), Later we visit Kathmandu Durbar Square and Syambhunath Stupa. And transfer to hotel.
We walk from Sundarijal Bazaar, passing small hydroelectricity station and a dam to the northeast corner in Kathmandu valley. The walk leads to a climb through wet, subtropical forest to an oak forest and on to Mulkharka, a scattered Tamang village.
The trail again ascends through oak forest to a pass called Burlung Bhanjyang. Walk continue on the trail, descending to Chisopani for overnight stop. Chisapani offers fabulous panoramic views of the Jugal mountain range including Langtang, Ganesh in the far east and Manaslu, Annapurna towards far west. Overnight at Guesthouse.
Trek to Nagarkot trail continues to drop from Chisapani on a good, sometimes level trail that crosses meadows and fields. Trekking goes between the village and forest with the great views of country site and mountain. A famous Nagarkot hill station offers breathtaking Himalayan views, quality accommodation, and high standards in service.
Nagarkot is much more away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. The best place to see sunset and sunrise over the great Himalayan ranges. During the sunset, you will have one of best view of Kathmandu valley. Stay overnight in Lodge at Nagarkot.
Wake up very early in the morning to get sunrise view over the tallest Himalayas. If you wish to walk around 4 kilometer in the morning than hike to Nagarkot view Tower. From here, you can see the breath-taking views of the major mountains like Mt.Manaslu, Mt.Ganesh family, Langtang lirung, Dorje Lakpa, sisa pagma, Cho-oyu, Gauri Shankar, etc. On a clear crystal day, one can even see the Mt. Everest (8848 m) not bigger than a dot on the same range.
Likewise, on your way back, you will pass Changunarayan temple which is oldest temple of Nepal and are listed in world heritage site UNESCO. It is said that Changu Narayan temple have been built by King Hari Dutta in 323 AD. You will observe the culture and history of Changu Narayan temple. After visiting this temple, we have lunch and drive back to Kathmandu. This trip consists of about 7 hours altogether.

Answer: We provide you tourist standard accommodation in Kathmandu and on trekking routes. The rooms along the routes are clean with cozy bed with nice mattress and blankets. However we recommend you to take your own sleeping bags if you have one with you otherwise, you may rent it while you are in Kathmandu.Question: What kind of food can I expect in this trek?
Answer: All the guest houses/lodges along the trek, they have attached restaurant and they cook a delicious range of mostly vegetarian such as Pasta, tuna bakes, noodles, potatoes, eggs, dhal bhat, bread, soups, fresh vegetables (variety depends on the season)
The dinner and breakfast are provided in the same lodge you spend the night every day and Lunch will be provided on the way to the next place where you are going.

Answer: During the trekking route there are all places hotel and shops where you can able to buy mineral water and you can buy it for drinking but however we advise against buying mineral water in plastic bottles, as currently there are no provisions for disposing of these. Instead, we provide you boiled water or bringing chlorine tablets to purify the normal water as the normal water is available in camp-site/along the way.Question: Can I charge my digital camera or other batteries on my trip?

Answer: When walking in the mountains, the distance you cover each day can vary greatly due to a gradient, terrain, and altitude. As such it is very hard to give specific distances on each day, however you have to be prepared to walk roughly about 5 hours each day.Question: Do I need walking polls ?
Answer: Walking pools are recommended but not compulsory.Question: How much additional money do I need per day?
Answer: You can allocate US$ 08 – 10 for a lunch/dinner in Kathmandu and it depends on your spending habits. US$ 7 to 10 US$ each day will be enough to buy bottles of water, chocolates, tea coffee and some drinks while you are on trek.
