We were a group of 2 Austrian climbers, started on September 22nd from Kathmandu to Chulu east peak climbing tour. Ammar made almost everything reservation for our trip. He welcome us at Tribhuwan international airport (TIA), and picked us to the center point of Thamel. Meeting our mountain guide Pasang, we arranged all the hiking gear together.

3 of our other porters were recruited from the agency also. They recognized almost all lodges and the local people. They were strong, friendly, and easy-going. Furthermore, Ammar´s rates are quite decent, much cheaper comparing other agencies. Don´t hesitate to ask further questions, I am happy to answer, and had a good time there.

I was looking for a serious partner to organize my journey. I found some recommendations for Gokyo Treks and Expedition on a website and I contacted Ammar. Immediately I got answers to my questions, I had some. All answers were very precise and clear, all prices were shown, and nothing is hidden.

I got several ideas for the trekking itinerary and I was completely convinced that Ammar’s Agency is the best partner for me. The guide and porter were well chosen and a super team, the trekking was full of fun.

I contacted Ammar frequently via email and whatsapp to make our Yala peak climbing trip better. We made this trip in September – early October with Friendly Guide Pasang Sherpa including 3 other professional sherpa.

We met Ammar in 2010 and arranged some hikes for our friends sometimes. In 2019 September, we hike the north Annapurna base camp with a tent trek.

Ammar suggested an optional visit to Kali Gandaki valley taking some extra days but we were tight in our hiking schedule so we descend Pokhara via road-long ride. If you are planning to hike Nepal to achieve a wilderness experience then visit the north base camp Annapurna route.

Our Guide was a Pasang, a local Sherpa guide from Everest who helped us arrange the best hiking gear for camping trips. Ammar, owner of the agency answered all our questions and also arranged everything like booking a hotel in the city, porters, cook, guide, all permits, and Ghasa to Pokhara jeep ride. Once again, thank you, and looking forward to going on another trip with you guys.

It was another trip to Nepal that we visited last July with our polish friends. The trip was nice but some days were raining for some times but luckily we had a great view reaching Kyanjin Gompa, Lauri Bina la and Gosaikunda lakes.

So we had a great view of Langtang Panora including the shining Ganesh Himal. The staffs were super friendly and easy-going so we had no problem customizing the length of the day tour every day.
