Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, a representative from Gokyo Treks & Expedition will greet you. Following the welcome, we will transfer you to Kapan Monastery as outlined in our spiritual tour plan. Kapan Monastery, located on Kapan Hill, is renowned for its tranquil ambiance and breathtaking views of the Kathmandu Valley. This esteemed Tibetan Buddhist monastery is well-known for its teachings on Buddhist philosophy and meditation practices. Spiritual travelers often visit Kapan Monastery to explore Tibetan Buddhism and partake in its meditation retreats. You will spend the night at the monastery, immersing yourself in its serene environment.

Experience the early morning worship led by the Lama at Kapan Monastery, where you can participate in the puja. During the day, join meditation classes inside the Gompa to increase your spiritual understanding of life. After breakfast, we will drive to Boudhanath Stupa for a brief sightseeing tour. As one of the largest stupas in Nepal and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Boudhanath offers rich cultural and spiritual significance. Following your visit, enjoy lunch before continuing on to Namo Buddha. There, you will spend the night at the Namo Buddha Monastery, where meals and accommodation are provided.

Namo Buddha is famous for its significance in Buddhist mythology. It is the place where a prince, in a previous life of the Buddha, sacrificed himself to a hungry tigress and her cubs. This act of selflessness is highly revered in Buddhist tradition, making Namo Buddha a significant pilgrimage site for Buddhists. We have a full day Meditation and puja with Buddhist lama Namo Buddha Monastery.

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up from Namobuddha to explore UNESCO World Heritage sites. First, we will visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, where you can experience traditional Newari culture and view historic structures dating back to the 12th to 15th centuries. Following this, we will proceed to Kathmandu Durbar Square, where you will have the opportunity to see the living goddess, Kumari, before returning to your hotel.

Enjoy some last-minute shopping in Thamel for souvenirs before we drop you back at Kathmandu International Airport in the afternoon. Thamel is known for its vibrant markets offering a variety of unique items, perfect for gifts or mementos of your time in Nepal.
