Wieder mal war mir Ammar bei der Vorbereitung (Besorgung von Permit/TIMS) und auch während meines Treks von Jiri ins Khumbu (Chukung Ri/Gokyo/Rückflug von Lukla n. KTM) eine sehr große Hilfe…aktuelle Tipsps und Infos sind immer sehr hilfreich. Die Möglichkeit das Flugticket von Lukla nach KTM erst kurzfristig 2 Tage vor dem Rückflug zu buchen, kam mir als gerne flexibel Reisenden sehr entgegen. Auch die Kontaktmöglichkeit während des Treks via WhatsApp ist sehr angenehm. Danke!!!

My Big plan was to trek Annapurna Circuit, but almost halfway to Thorong La the weather became worsen. And my guide Bharat Dhakal advised me not to continue because it’s too dangerous. Very disappointed at that time. But after reading the news that some people missing because of the landslide, I really thank Bharat. He saved my life. For Gokyo trek agency and Ammar, they gave me a really good price. Thank you so much, guys. Will be back next year.

Ammar was very kind in answering all our questions regarding our trekking in Nepal. We wanted to arrange a guide and porter + permits and plan the trek ourselves which was no problem. Me and my friend booked Langtang Valley trek throw Gokyo Treks and we dont regret anything, because everything was just PERFECT. We also customized little bit the trip with our guide Bishnu and everything went very well. So if you want to go trekking to Nepal i highly reccomend use Gokyo Treks services, because there are professionals who know how to organizise everything.

My adult son and I did this trek with our wonderful guide Ram and a porter (Mangol) for our bags. We ended up being the only ones in the group which proved lucky as we were able to tailor the days to our interests and needs.

The trek was spectacularly gorgeous, and guest houses were chosen for us comfortable and well-run, and best of all, our guide was a delight. He took such good care of us and was so thoughtful and proactive that we felt comfortable and safe in all situations. Including an exciting and rickety suspension bridge crossing! His English meant interesting conversations and a willingness to engage with us to the extent that we wanted.

I would use this service, and Ram, again in a heartbeat.
