I visited Champa Devi with a couple of friends a few months ago, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The area is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by peaceful nature and lush greenery. We truly enjoyed hiking with the Gokyo Treks team.

Fortunately, Ammar also guided us to Bhasmasur Hill, making the journey a scenic circuit route that exited through Machhe Gaun. Although the downhill trail was steep and physically challenging, the breathtaking views and tranquil atmosphere made every step worthwhile.

To visit Mount Everest is an outstanding journey which we were planning to visit since a long time. Ammar was a local tour operator based in Kathmandu and we got his contact from one of my friend who did Everest tours with Ammar in 2009.

So, I and my girlfriend (two tourist from Mallorca Beach) have booked our holiday with Gokyo Treks agency in 2025. We also read a lot of good stories about the company in internet before we proceed to book our trip.

We use Whatsapp and Facebook messenger to contact him regularly, convinced with his ideas with a customizable trek plan for Everest Hikes. And further, we immediately transferred the advance deposits via Western Union Money Transfer Company.

Landing in Kathmandu, Ammar himself came to pick us up at Tribhuwan international airport. Hotel accommodation in Thamel, fly to Lukla air tickets, Sherpa guide, Dev Kulung porter, and lodges along the journey are just perfect.

Mountain View from Sengboche hilltop is just breathtaking. You can feel high about 3,800 meters to get almost the best scenery of the tallest mountains surrounding you which was very impressive. Besides that, we hike further to the Everest view hotel for a coffee break.

Thanks Ammar for arranging such an unforgettable journey to Everest peak. We stay in contact with you and will definitely return to Nepal in near future for a longer hike with the Gokyo trekking agency.

This was our third trip with Gokyo Treks agency, and once again, everything was perfectly organized. In January 2026, we completed the Langtang Gosaikunda Lakes Trek and had an amazing experience in the Himalayas.
