I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ammar and the entire team at Gokyo Treks and Expedition for organizing such a wonderful trek to Bhairav Kunda in Sindhupalchowk. It was truly unforgettable, and I had an amazing experience exploring the stunning Bhairav Kunda Lake and its peaceful surroundings in the Himalayas.

Bhairav Kunda is well known for its breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over the Langtang region, including panoramic mountain scenery and lush green valleys. Ammar, the owner of the agency, was extremely friendly and made sure I experienced the most beautiful landscapes throughout the trip.

Our guide, Kamal, who is based in Kathmandu, was also very supportive, professional, and attentive during the entire journey. I would highly recommend visiting Nepal, as the country offers incredible natural beauty and warm hospitality.

I had an amazing hiking experience to Champa Devi and Bhasmasur Hill. It involved a continuous uphill climb to Bhasmasur and a steep descent toward Matatirtha Temple, making it quite a demanding day hike. However, the journey was refreshing, the air felt incredibly clean, and the surrounding mountain and valley views were simply stunning. It was one of those places where you pause just to admire the beauty around you.

At the same time, it was disappointing to see litter scattered along some parts of the trail. A place as beautiful as Champa Devi deserves respect and proper care from every visitor. Carrying back our waste and encouraging others to do the same can make a significant difference.

If we all travel responsibly, Champa Devi can continue to remain the peaceful and breathtaking escape it is today. Highly recommended for nature lovers and hikers.

Everything was very well organized, including the flights to and from Pokhara international airport, airport transfers, hotel arrangements, and the city tour. I especially appreciated the flexibility of the sightseeing tour with Ammar and I could choose the places to visit and the time to spend at each location.

Communication was excellent throughout the trip, and it was very helpful that I could easily contact the Ammar on WhatsApp whenever adjustments were needed, especially during flight delays caused by weather. In general, the service was professional, super reliable, and highly satisfying.

We had a great time with the Gokyo Treks and Expedition team, who both looked after us well. Our guide Ram was very good at adjusting our schedule on the base camp trek, to make the best use of the sometimes bad weather, and taking account of our abilities.

The lodges were better than we expected and were generally well organized too. The hotels organized in Thamel, Pokhara, and Bhaktapur were all perfect for us. The trek up through the forest to the final mountain ridge was very enjoyable, and we did get some fine views between the rain, hail, and snow.
