We did the Goyko Ri Trekking organized by this Gokyo agency and we are very happy with our choice. From the beginning, Ammar was extremely helpful and answered all our questions quickly. We spent a great time travelling in Nepal with Gokyo Treks and Expedition with our guide, Hira, who did a fantastic job showing us the Himalayas. We highly recommend trekking with this agency. Ammar was always very helpful, and answered all the questions we had asked. He was very fair when talking about the costs. Whether we needed their help, they were there.

We (a group of 3) recently completed a two-week Manaslu circuit trek with Gokyo Treks and Expeditions. Our trek was absolutely wonderful! Ammar helped us to plan the trip and was informative and easy to communicate with both in the lead-up and once we had arrived in Nepal.

Everything was taken care of which meant we could really enjoy the excursion rather than spending time on logistics. There was also flexibility in our hiking itinerary which we really appreciated.

Our guide Bhupal was excellent as was our kind and helpful porter Bikash. We never felt rushed and learned a lot about the country, environment, and culture from both our guide and porter.

Bhupal was knowledgeable about the area, professional, reassuring, and had a good sense of humor! He always had useful advice and advice and it was clear that he had our best interests in mind. Bhupal was a great company from start to finish- we were sad to say goodbye at the end of the trek!

The Manaslu circuit itself is beautiful with a diverse range of scenery. We’d highly recommend this company if you’re considering trekking in Nepal.

We were a group of 2 Germans (me and my wife) and we started on October 15th from Kathmandu to Hiunchuli peak climbing tour. Ammar made almost everything reservation for our trip such as flight tickets, private coach, jeep, hotel reservation, climbing guide..etc along the trek.

Ammar welcomed us at Tribhuwan international airport (TIA), and picked us up at the center point of Thamel. Meeting our mountain guide Nawang, we arranged all the hiking gear together.

4 of our other porters recruited from Ghandruk village, recognized almost all lodges and the local people. They were strong, friendly, and easy-going.

Furthermore, Ammar´s rates are quite decent, much cheaper comparing others. Don´t hesitate to ask further questions, I am happy to answer, and had a good time there. Best wishes, and namaste from.

Despite organizing for a day hike with a one day notice, Ammar was extremely professional and kind in both the booking process and the hike.

He and his team we’re also very well organized as well with clear communication which I really appreciated. We had organized for pickup from our hotel at 07:30 and he was already there at 07:00 ready for us while we ate breakfast and prepared. It was nice being with someone who was well structured and very knowledgeable about Kathmandu as well as the nature around it!
