These guys are the absolute best in the game! I just came back from the Everest base camp trek and Gokyo Treks made it a trip of a lifetime. Even before the trip started i was in contact with the awesome owner, Ammar. He was always on time with his responses to my questions. That was just the beginning of great service. once we got to Kathmandu it took us few hours to get out of the the airport.

He waited the entire time! Not one of his employees, the owner himself (Ammar). The hotel we got to stay in were very good. And what can be said about our guide Bisnu. Just an epic human. Around Manaslu is a trekking tour with fascinating landscape and lovely villages.Nar-Phu Valley is also named “lost valleys” a very remote region feeling like a journey to past times. To cross Larkya La (5100m) and Kangla La (5320m) are exhausting days, but you will be rewarded with beautiful views, a sense of achievement and a pleasant tiredness in the evening.

Ammar (head of Gokyo Treks) managed all our wishes excellent. He procured the permits organized the vehicles and domestic flights and last but not least his staff is excellent. We travelled with Gokyo Treks already 2017 in Khumbu region. We were very satisfied with both trips and will again use the services of Gokyo Treks at the next visit to Nepal.

For our Trek, we were searching for a trekking agency to connect with a guide and organize the necessary permits and so on.
