My husband and I had an immensely enjoyable experience during our first-time trek to Everest Base Camp. What impressed us the most was that the journey wasn’t overly challenging, allowing us to savor the beauty of the mountains and encounter some delightful wildlife along the way. The picturesque vistas left us in awe, making it a truly memorable and fulfilling EBC tour.

We did a trek through the Langtang region called the langtang Panoramic Trek – absolutely amazing views. Landscape changes frequently from rice fields to waterfalls to snow capped mountains. Our trek was led by Ram who did a fantastic job teaching us about the history of the region and mountains. He knew the area so well and always knew the best tea houses to stop at for food or lodging. I would highly recommend Ram and the Gokyo Trek team to any planning a trek in Nepal.

Ammar was very helpful in advance per e-mail with finding out how we wanted to do our trek. He was very well organized in having papers and permits ready so we could leave the day after our arrival. The costs were exactly as he had offered them.

We found a special deal from Yeti Airlines mountain flight that cost US$ 192 per person. Ammar manages 6:30 am flight ticket and domestic airport transfer. We have the best weather, so we saw the best view of the Everest mountains panorama from the aircraft.

They take you very close to see it up close and they give you a map of the peaks you are seeing. Roughly 20 minutes after flying, one by one will get a chance to go behind the cockpit to make photographs. The views and the experience were overwhelming.
