1 Day Drive from Pokhara to Hemja. Trek to Hile Kharka (2160m/7,087 feet) via Ghachowk 5 hoursIn the morning at breakfast time, Guide will meet and brief you about your Korchon Danda trek package. Question: Do I need walking poles? what about hiking in the winter months?
Answer: Walking poles are recommended but not compulsory. However, it is totally depending upon the months you are traveling to get to the Khumai Danda and Korchan hill top view point. And yes, if you hike in the winter months, we highly suggest going with hiking poles and waterproof hiking boots. They are quite helpful in ascending and descending, especially on snowy trails.
