Manaslu Trek Review

The best manaslu circuit trek with friendly team.

October 30, 2019

Second time visiting Nepal with friends. Again, it provided excellent service for the Manaslu circuit trek. We are a team of 12 people from Austria and we have just finished our trip to Larke la pass with Gokyo Treks & Expedition Team and everything went well. Our Guide Shree Ram Thapaliya was just an outstanding and our porters Dipendra, Ram Krishna and waiba bude were very friendly.

They were all very good people and kept things fun the whole time. Can’t think of anything that they could have done better! If you are thinking to visit manaslu circuit with guide and porter or all-inclusive like full board package plan than deal everything organized for you. We highly recommend this company to everyone if you are planning to visit Nepal.

The best Manaslu Circuit Trek with Gokyo Treks Nepal Agency

October 20, 2019

We were in Nepal for the first time. We decided to have a tour around one of the highest mountains in the world. The organization of that agency was perfect, Rajesh, the guide that have the tour with us, was very careful about what we needed and what we wanted to do.

During the journey, we decided to go to the Manaslu High Camp also, despite the fact that it was not included in the program, but it was not a problem to change the itinerary; it was one of the most amazing experiences in our life.

There was a porter with us also, Krishna: altogether we walked for more than 100 km in the heart of the Himalayas in a not entirely known trek, across rain forests, Nepalese villages with incredible views, and the Larkya La. We suggest it !!! And Tibetan bread also;)

Manaslu circuit - Larke pass trek

April 16, 2019

We (a group of 3) recently completed a two-week Manaslu circuit trek with Gokyo Treks and Expeditions. Our trek was absolutely wonderful! Ammar helped us to plan the trip and was informative and easy to communicate with both in the lead-up and once we had arrived in Nepal.

Everything was taken care of which meant we could really enjoy the excursion rather than spending time on logistics. There was also flexibility in our hiking itinerary which we really appreciated.

Our guide Bhupal was excellent as was our kind and helpful porter Bikash. We never felt rushed and learned a lot about the country, environment, and culture from both our guide and porter.

Bhupal was knowledgeable about the area, professional, reassuring, and had a good sense of humor! He always had useful advice and advice and it was clear that he had our best interests in mind. Bhupal was a great company from start to finish- we were sad to say goodbye at the end of the trek!

The Manaslu circuit itself is beautiful with a diverse range of scenery. We’d highly recommend this company if you’re considering trekking in Nepal.

The most Scenic Rupina la trip

November 24, 2017

Watching the most popular trek route videos, we finally decided to visit adventure off the beaten path rupina la trek in Manaslu, Nepal.

Reading the reviews in the internet forum, we choose Gokyo Treks Agency for our 2 weeks trip in Rupina la pass trek starting from the Historical Gorkha palace.

We were 3 tourists from Tirol, me, my wife and a daughter ulli had a great time with our friendly guide Som. Sorry to say that we couldn’t cross over Rupina la due to over snowing in mountains. But we had a great spectacular view near Rupina la summit and Daraudi river valley.

We returned and follow downhill to visit Laprak village and further down at Machhakhola to catch the main trail. We have a great time with Nepali trekkers while we were spending our 2 weeks in Rupina la adventure. Thank you Gokyo Treks for arranging the best hiking crew and made our journey safe. We can’t wait to return for Rupinala again in October 2022. – Frank Schmutzler, Garmisch, Bavaria, Germany.
