The Yubra Himal climb is an easy peak climbing in Langtang territory situated at an altitude of 6,048 meters. As Yubra peak rarely climbs, it is one of the most isolated peaks that is possible to reach from Kyanjin Gompa in 4 hour’s hike. 01 DayLanding in Kathmandu valley. The world heritage site of Kathmandu valley sightseeing, 4/5 hours.Arrival in Kathmandu airport. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuwan International Airport, we receive you in a private vehicle and move you to your hotel in Kathmandu.
See the sight trip will start right after breakfast. Our expert tour guide will meet and greet you in the hotel lobby and the trip to cultural world heritage monuments in Kathmandu valley starts.
Tour today includes the Hindu and Buddhist pilgrimage sites. Visit Pashupatinath temple, the world’s biggest Boudhanath stupa marked as a Buddhist pilgrimage place. Later, visit the historical Kathmandu Durbar Square with the antique temple, unique architecture, and living Goddess Kumari. In the sunset, introduce our fellow trekking staff for your adventure trek briefing.
At morning we’ll drive on a northern highway that twists and climbs over mountain ridges to the Trishuil valley for lunch and on to Syapru village for the overnight. The road ride is still amazing but the adventure bus drive takes about 7 hours over picturesque landscapes and mountain villages.
After breakfast, trek ascends through the forest followed by a climb to reach Bamboo village. Bamboo is located on the Langtang river bank at an altitude of 1,850 meters. This forest path is a well-established trail and follows upstream to see birds live around the bushes. Beehives hanging on a cliff are another attraction for visitors. From here we’ll again steeply climb through the bamboo forest to reach the Lama Hotel where we’ll stay overnight.
From Lama Hotel, the trail leads across a forest of hemlock, oaks, maples, and rhododendron observing glimpses of Langtang Lirung, reaches to Gumanchok (2800m). Climb to Ghora Tabela (2,970m) and further ascends to Thangshyap (3,140m/10,300 feet). On the way, there is an entrance checkpoint where Nepal Military collects Langtang national park entrance fees. Pay just for single-time entry if you haven’t paid in Dhunche, you have to pay Langtang national park fees here. The trail climbs gradually to Sindum and to Yamphu (3640m) to Mundo where we stay for a night.
Crossing the Laja Khola then climbs a moraine to a viewpoint where you can see Kyanjin Gompa and the dramatic icefall flowing from Langtang Lirung and Kinshung. As you climbed the hill, walk a little down to reach kyanjin gompa lodges. You might go further to the Langtang glacier – Langtang river and its origin.
Explore around the Langtang Lirung glacier and dry Himalayan Yak pasture. We climb to Tsergo Ridge hill only if the weather is clear with a blue sky. In clear weather, you can see stunning mountain vistas like Langtang Lirung, Ganjala Chuli, Yala peak, and Dorje Lakpa.
Check about the Yubra Himal Climb gears before you proceed to hike to Yubra base camp. Begin your base camp hiking and set up a campsite at the base camp to say overnight. In wintertime climbing, about the last 500 meters need rope up and using crampons with a walking ice axe. Except for the winter months, tourists climb the summit taking professional climbing gear and guidance.

There is no guarantee that we can get quite a favorable climate on our planned day for the Yubra summit. Thus, today is a contingency in case we are unable to get the summit or for some other reason. If the weather gets exceptionally unfavorable we wisely have to modify the climbing program to reach the summit. If the trip goes smoothly, we do not need this spare day.
From base camp descends to Ghoda Tabala passing Kyanjin gompa and Langtang villages. During the hikes, you can walk over the tiny yak pastures and the glacial moraine of Langtang landslides, the new Langtang village. Furthermore, you can walk following the Langtang Khola and on to Ghoda Tabela lodge.
The upper part trek route is more beautiful for the panoramic view of mountains and green hill views. The path is broader and remains sunny through the different Sherpa and Tamang villages. The first half part of the nature trail is gradually down and then the track does a steep descent to Syabru Besi Guesthouses. Syabrubesi bazaar now is well-known due to a connecting highway to kerung border, Tibet.
Drive back to Kathmandu by Kerung Deluxe Yatayat bus which takes about 7 hours to get to Kathmandu city center. Trip Finish. Wish you a wonderful journey.

Answer: Yes sure. Provide us with your flight detail and request for pickup. Our representative will come to pick up you at Kathmandu international airport.
Question: Do I need experience for the Yubra Himal Climb trek?.
Answer: Actually Yubra peak trip is suitable for beginners (not professional trekkers). But if tourists can walk roughly about 4-5 hours a day, carrying a lightweight daypack at a high altitude somehow about 2000 meters is great.
Question: Can I store my other luggage/stuff in Kathmandu?
Answer: Yes, you can leave your luggage at your hotel or at our office. Store your stuff in the Gokyo Treks agency office for free.
Question: Is this climbing Safe for Solo Female Trekkers?
Answer: Absolutely. Nepal is a safe country to travel to for solo travelers; climbing in Nepal is perfectly safe for solo female trekkers. We have been organizing the trek even for solo female travelers since its establishment.
Question: What kind of accommodation can I expect at Yubra Himal Climb?
Answer: We provide you tourist category hotel room in Kathmandu and a clean double bedroom en route. The rooms are clean cozy beds with a nice mattress and blankets. However we recommend you take your own sleeping bags if you have one with you otherwise, you may rent them while you are in Kathmandu.
Question: What kind of food can I expect in Yubra Himal Climb?.
Answer: All the lodges en Langtang trek routes have attached restaurants to prepare your daily hiking foods. They cook a delicious range of mostly vegetarian such as Pasta, tuna bakes, noodles, potatoes, eggs, bread, soups, and fresh vegetable rice. Alike, dinner and breakfast are provided in the same lodge you spend the night every day and Lunch will be provided on the way to the next place where you are going. However, for climbing days you will have a climbing food server with hot tea/coffee.
Question: What opportunities will I have for a shower along the Yubra Himal Climb trek?
Answer: As you are outing lodge basis trek, they have a shower which you can get on pay.
Question: How do I get drinking water on climbing days?
Answer: You can buy pure water via lodges. But we advise against buying mineral water in plastic bottles, as currently there are no provisions for disposing of these. We advise you to bring Aqua tablets to purify the normal water. And normal water is available in almost every stream, local tap, and glacier along the trek routes.
Question: Can I charge my digital camera or other batteries on my trip?
Answer: You can recharge the battery on pay. We recommend you bring an extra pair in case. Remember to bring your adapters! And we recommend you take extra batteries along with you.
Question: Are there any communication facilities?
Answer: As you go on a climbing adventure, you can get telephone services, as well as internet services, from your normal NAMASTE SIM card.
Question: Can I use credit cards in Trekking?.
Answer: No! So, for the trekking routes, you need to have cash Nepali rupees because credit cards work only in bigger cities or in luxury hotels.
Question: When should I book my trip and what are the payment terms?.
Answer: We recommend booking your trip with us as early as possible. While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings, a 25% advance deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit allows us to make all necessary arrangements for your trip however, the remaining payment can be settled upon your arrival in Nepal.
Question: Who will carry my luggage on the express Yubra Himal Climb adventure?
Answer: We provide porters to transfer your luggage. As we are a responsible trekking tour operator agency, every porter carries a maximum of 24 kilos of your backpack which means 1 climber: 1 porter basis.
Question: Where can I organize my personal climbing gear?
Answer: If you have those climbing gear at your home? bring them along with you. If you don’t have them then you can rent them in Kathmandu.
Question: How much additional money do I need per day?
Answer: You can allocate US$ 08 – 10 for a lunch/dinner in Kathmandu and it depends on your spending habits. US$ 7 to 10 US$ each day will be enough to buy bottles of water, chocolates, tea coffee, and some drinks while you are on your trek.

Currently Nepal Government and Nepal Mountaineering Association skipped the Yubra climbing permit cost. We believe that by removing of Yubra Himal Climb special permits, there will be more tourists. Climbing yubra trek information stated above is just a standard template guideline.
However, the Yubra adventure trip plan is possible to modify at your request on your specific conditions. Local politics, landslides, cancellation of local flights, weather, transport, or a multitude of other factors that are beyond our control can result in a change of itinerary during on trip.
It is, however, very unlikely that the path would be substantially altered. If alterations are necessary the leader will decide the best alternative option, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group. When a change does occur, we do everything we can to minimize its effect, but we cannot be responsible for the results of changes or delays.
